How soon is the booking made and how do I know it is confirmed?
As soon as you have made successful payment the booking is immidiately confirmed. After your payment is taken, your booking confirmation will be displayed on screen, which you should print off and bring with you to the Jungle Parc the day of your booking. You will also be sent confirmation of the booking by email, to the email address you entered during the booking process.
A receipt of your payment from PayPal will also be sent to this email address.
If you do not receive these emails please check your spam or trash folder.
How can I pay?
You can pay by and major Debit or Credit Card on our website.
Corporate or School bookings can register online and alternatively choose to pay by invoice.In these cases your booking will be immidiately confirmed without making payment by card and instead your business or school will be sent an invoice.
Do you accept corporate or school bookings?
Yes, you can register on our website for a corporate or schools account.
When we have accepted your application will have the option to make bookings on our website and pay on account, you will then receive and invoice for any outstanding balance.
Is the website payment secure, and how are payments processed?
Our website uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption, to ensure your card details are processed securely.
All payments are processed by PayPal, through their secure servers.
No card details are stored on our website, or sent via unsecure methods such as email or unencrypted data connections.
Do you have a returns or cancellation policy?
Yes. You can cancel or change numbers on your online booking by calling us on 0844 879 4378 or email [email protected]
up to 48 hours before your booked time slot please quote your booking reference and reason for cancelling. If you wish to cancel your booking or change numbers on the day of your session we will not offer any refunds YOU MUST LET US KNOW WITH 48 HOURS TO GET A REFUND.
If by mistake you book the Xplorer Course for young children under 1.35m as long as you let us know 48 hours before your booking we will give you a full refund. If you only discover you have booked the incorrect course on the day of your session then we will try and move smaller children onto the Adventurer Course (if spaces are available)and if there are adults booked on we will move you to a later slot so you can redeem your session. Please note no refunds will be given for people who go onto the course and then have to be brought down because they are scared, please look into our courses before you book so you know what you are booking onto, this is a high ropes course and it does involve carrying out activities at high levels within the tree canopy.
