What should I wear?
- Comfy clothes that you don’t mind getting grubby is best
- Trainers or Good grip shoes (no flip flops or open toed sandals!)
- Hat & winter woollies in the cold
- Waterproof Jacket in the rain! 

What if the weather is bad?
Unless there are extreme weather conditions Jungle Parc will remain open (a bit of rain makes it more exciting!!), but don’t worry we will ensure you are fully notified if there are going to be any closures and your party can be rescheduled). 

Will we all be safe?
Jungle Parc is a High Wire Course but as long as you follow our simple instructions & make sure you use the life line correctly you cannot fall & will be safe at all times. If you get scared & want to come down we will be right underneath the activity to help & if needed we will bring you down. 

What are the Ratios?
Adventurer Course: 1 ADULT for every 5 children (the more adult helpers the better especially for younger children!)br /> Xplorer Course: children under 14 need adult supervision (ADULTS HAVE TO GO ONTO THE COURSE) at a ratio of 1 ADULT for every 2 CHILDREN (Please note min age for Xplorer Course is 10)br /> 

What should people who are watching bring?
At Jungle Parc we are not allowed to sell drinks or refreshments so I would advise anybody sitting in our viewing area to either bring some nice drinks and biccies or buy some from the onsite cafe. It’s also useful to bring some bottles of water etc for your friends on Jungle Parc for when they have fnished!

How far are you from the car park?
Liverpool - Croxteth Country Park  - we are approximately a 5 minute walk from the main car park.  Disabled visitors should park behind Croxteth Hall (see Croxteth Hall website for full details).

Northampton - Irchester Country Park - we are situated right next to the lower car park.  Disabled visitors can park directly opposite our log cabin.

Are there toilets on site?
Liverpool (Croxteth Country Park) - the nearest toilets are located next to the Old Riding School cafe (approximately 5 minutes walk away).  

Northampton (Irchester Country Park) - the toilets are located next to the Rangers office, a short walk from our log cabin.

Swindon (Lydiard Hall & Park) - toilets are available at the Visitor Centre and also at the Coach House and Stable Buildings.


Can my dog come in?
We only like nice dogs (no muzzled tigers etc) as we have children as young as 4 running around our site, we also ask owners to keep dogs on a lead. 

How much does it cost to visit a Jungle Parc?
All prices are quoted and charged in Pound Sterling (GBP). Prices for each Jungle Parc can vary from location to location and for different dates. Please check our avalability page for the latest pricing or contact us on 0844 879 4378.

Are there any discounts or offers available?
Discount codes will be on offer from time to time and are subject to terms and conditions, any offer codes will be redeamable at the point of purchase on our website.

How soon is the booking made and how do I know it is confirmed?
As soon as you have made successful payment the booking is immidiately confirmed. After your payment is taken, your booking confirmation will be displayed on screen, which you should print off and bring with you to the Jungle Parc the day of your booking. You will also be sent confirmation of the booking by email, to the email address you entered during the booking process.

A receipt of your payment from PayPal will also be sent to this email address.
If you do not receive these emails please check your spam or trash folder.

How can I pay?
You can pay by and major Debit or Credit Card on our website.
Corporate or School bookings can register online and alternatively choose to pay by invoice.In these cases your booking will be immidiately confirmed without making payment by card and instead your business or school will be sent an invoice.

Do you accept corporate or school bookings?
Yes, you can register on our website for a corporate or schools account.
When we have accepted your application will have the option to make bookings on our website and pay on account, you will then receive and invoice for any outstanding balance.

Is the website payment secure, and how are payments processed?
Our website uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption, to ensure your card details are processed securely.
All payments are processed by PayPal, through their secure servers.
No card details are stored on our website, or sent via unsecure methods such as email or unencrypted data connections.

Do you have a returns or cancellation policy?
Yes. You can cancel or change numbers on your online booking by calling us on 0844 879 4378 or email [email protected] up to 48 hours before your booked time slot please quote your booking reference and reason for cancelling. If you wish to cancel your booking or change numbers on the day of your session we will not offer any refunds YOU MUST LET US KNOW WITH 48 HOURS TO GET A REFUND.
If by mistake you book the Xplorer Course for young children under 1.35m as long as you let us know 48 hours before your booking we will give you a full refund. If you only discover you have booked the incorrect course on the day of your session then we will try and move smaller children onto the Adventurer Course (if spaces are available)and if there are adults booked on we will move you to a later slot so you can redeem your session. Please note no refunds will be given for people who go onto the course and then have to be brought down because they are scared, please look into our courses before you book so you know what you are booking onto, this is a high ropes course and it does involve carrying out activities at high levels within the tree canopy.
