High-wire Adventurer Courses for Kids in Warrington
Our Adventurer Course in Warrington is the largest of all our sites in the UK, offering more activities for our younger visitors. It’s also the first of our Adventurer Courses that allows adults to use the course alongside their children, making it an activity the entire family can enjoy. Featuring rocket zips, an aerial skateboard, zip lines for kids, and more, it offers a unique set of challenges for every age and ability.

What Is the Adventurer Course?
Our Adventurer course is a high-wire activity trek for kids that lets them try fun and exciting exercises in a safe and secure environment. Designed and built over six different levels, children can tackle whichever courses they like based on their own confidence and skill level. There are more than 60 obstacles to attempt in all, including the following…
monkey bridges
super-fast zip lines

tunnel slides

A session on the Adventurer Course lasts around 1½ hours. To get the most out of your scheduled time slot, we recommend turning up 15 minutes beforehand. This lets our instructor guide you through the important safety instructions before the children begin climbing the course.

Additional Info
We welcome group bookings from schools, charities, sporting clubs, cub and brownie troops, and other organisations. The Adventurer course is a great activity for younger children to take part in, increasing their confidence and providing a fun and exciting experience. To ensure the safety of all our visitors, there are age and height restrictions in place for our Adventurer course. While the course is designed for children aged 4 and up, they must also meet the minimum height requirement of 1.05m (3’ 6″) to be able to use the apparatus safely. This applies to the training levels Green Course 1, Green Course 2, Blue Course 1, and Blue Course 2, as well as the ever-popular zip rockets.
If your child wants to attempt the Red Course or the Black Course, they need to be at least 1.28m (4’ 2″) tall.
Adults can also climb on the Red Course and the Black Course, making it an all-round family activity. Restrictions apply here too, with the maximum weight for the course being 14 stone.
Your group should include enough adults to look after the children while they go through the course, which means at least 1 adult supervisor (18 years of age or older) per 5 children. Supervisors will not be climbing the course itself unless they wish to attempt the Red and Black course (and meet the 14st maximum weight restriction). Otherwise, they will be walking beneath the course, assisting the kids with zip lines, swings, and other high-wire equipment.
